Join Weave, a startup building a platform for understanding and improving engineering teams, as a Founding Product Engineer. You will work directly with the CTO and CEO to define the product and technical foundation of Weave. This is a rare opportunity to shape how millions of engineers and leaders understand engineering work.
As a Founding Product Engineer, your job is to build things customers want. This involves talking to customers, designing and planning solutions, writing backend and frontend code, provisioning infrastructure, releasing features, and finding fixes for bugs.
You will have real ownership from day one in a small, intense, highly collaborative team. You must be a formidable engineer, pragmatic, empathetic, committed to becoming a great engineer, and care about helping other software engineering teams be great.
