Job description
As Weave’s Founding ML Engineer, your job is to build ML systems to understand and improve the work that software engineers do. You’ll be building our processes and standards as you go to make building every incremental feature and subsequent model easier.

You must be a formidable engineer, pragmatic, experienced with shipping ML systems to production, empathetic, committed to helping other software engineering teams be great, an excellent communicator, and gritty.
