Job Description
At Weave, we’re on a mission to elevate the patient experience by giving healthcare practices the tools they need to run more efficiently and meaningfully connect with their patients. The Director of Product Design will lead and scale Weave’s Product Design organization, shaping the vision and execution of user-centered experiences across our platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or a related field
- Significant experience leading and scaling design teams, including developing people managers
- Deep expertise in user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and modern product development practices
- Experience owning or evolving a design system at scale
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate strategically while staying connected to tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
