Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Weave is building the operating system for small healthcare practices, and we're looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to help shape how customers experience our product every day. This role requires initiative, a focus on customer impact, clear architecture, and long-term system health.

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end technical execution of small to medium initiatives
• Translate product goals into scalable frontend architecture decisions
• Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of our React and Electron-based applications
• Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces
• Ensure the long-term health of the codebase
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend engineers
• Mentor and support other engineers
• Maintain an active awareness of business priorities and customer impact
