Job Description
The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is a critical hands-on role responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the core Salesforce platform and its associated business applications. This position requires expertise in declarative configuration and experience with Salesforce CPQ is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting large-scale enterprise environments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules). Strong proficiency in data management, security settings, and implementing governance standards.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a strong plus.
