Production Coordinator

Web Summit is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its Event Operations team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience in event planning or coordination roles. They will assist in planning global events, coordinate timelines, meetings, and communication, and work closely with the Event Producers to develop efficient processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong performance in Sciences
• Strong administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination roles
