Job Description
Web Summit is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their Growth team. The role will involve analysing inefficiencies in GTM and marketing ops workflows, building automations, and leveraging AI tooling to improve data flows and processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and light automation
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data across relational databases
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Comfortable working with REST APIs (authentication, pagination, data ingestion)
- Experience with automation platforms such as Matomo, Zapier, Pipedream, etc
- Exposure to LLMs and AI tooling, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or tools like Claude Code is a strong plus
