Weber is seeking a National Account Manager to support its strategic sales plans with The Home Depot. The role involves developing sales growth initiatives, analyzing sales and business conditions, and collaborating with internal and external teams. The position requires strong leadership skills, conflict resolution skills, and experience managing national retailers.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3+ years sales experience, preferably in consumer products
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven success directly managing regional and national retailers, including experience calling on big-box DIY
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to understand retail sales
- Possess strong conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated ability to build relationships and key partnerships
- Possess strong business and financial acumen
- Proven success developing, presenting, and implementing business plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP
- Skilled multi-tasker with a proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate into impactful sales results
- Experience with Home Depot Supplier Hub, VendorDrill, and Askuity is preferred, but not required
