Associate Project Manager

Medscape is looking for a highly-organised Associate Project Manager to manage Medical Affairs programmes for global pharmaceutical industry clients.

Requirements

• Managing the internal development and delivery of Medical Affairs projects
• Setting up and managing multiple project timelines in our digital project management system
• Reviewing project plans, managing dependencies and critical path issues
• Working with other team members based in multiple locations
• Participating in meetings with internal teams to discuss and review timelines, assets, key milestones and progress
• Translating client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams
• Following up on delayed tasks and escalating potential project issues/delays to senior team leaders
• Managing to project scope and participating in scope escalation meetings
• Supporting overall team revenue goals, identifying potential risks and communicating these independently to team leads
