Job Description
Medscape is seeking an experienced Client Success Associate to join our Client Success Organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer-service experience, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a combination of digital, agency, and healthcare experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Service
