Job Description
Medscape is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with a combination of digital, agency and healthcare experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Service
