Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience overseeing enterprise CMS platforms
• Solid understanding of AI optimization tooling, machine learning applications in search/personalization, and how to integrate AI within a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of the Digital Front Door concept, patient journeys, Health IT, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy)
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and ROI, understanding how digital engagement translates into clinical volume and patient loyalty
• Experience in storytelling and positioning, specifically regarding how digital tools and AI-driven insights influence brand perception in healthcare
• Passion for helping patients and the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward a common vision
• Direct experience implementing AI-driven features or working within a SaaS product structure
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
