Job Description
The Dedicated Well-being Program Coordinator I (PC I) will work onsite at a North American headquarters environment supporting first and second shift employees, promoting well-being through meaningful interactions with employees and increasing awareness and engagement in the client’s well-being programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- 2 years of Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar health and wellness client-facing experience
- Excellent communication/people skills
- Experience delivering presentations to small and large groups
- Independent problem solving and decision-making ability
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting with participants
- Experience and comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
