Sales Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to build and scale a strong sales pipeline for ticketing and experiences in Qatar. The ideal candidate brings an established local network, strong negotiation skills, and a hunter mentality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within ticketing, events, entertainment, hospitality or lifestyle platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from scratch
• Strong existing network within Qatar’s events, entertainment, or experiences ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing commercial deals
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
