Job Description
We are looking for a technical leader and subject matter expert in Agentic AI to define architectural goals and implementation strategies for our AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including significant time spent in a Principal Engineer or Lead Architect capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of professional engineering experience
- Deep technical proficiency in designing multi-agent orchestration systems
- Hands-on experience with frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Sophisticated understanding of agentic patterns like planning, tool-use, and self-reflection
- Expert-level ability to take a messy clinical workflow and decompose it into a structured data model and a sequence of AI-driven reasoning steps
- Experience moving AI from 'prototype/notebook' to 'production-grade'
