Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Portfolio Management for our Business Credit Center (BCC) portfolio. The successful candidate will manage a group of commercial, industrial, and real estate loans, and will be responsible for maintaining credit and collateral monitoring procedures, performing periodic credit file reviews, and managing end of term loan and line of credit maturities. The role requires significant customer contact and collaboration with a team of Relationship Managers to cross-sell new products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 7-10 years of related banking experience
- Commercial credit experience and completion of a formal credit training program preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and motivate performance
- Strong credit skills and ability to identify key risks
- Familiarity with commercial & industrial as well as investment real estate markets
- Service-oriented and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
