Job Description
Manager level professional with background in managing a portfolio of performing commercial loans, responsible for supporting the management of adversely classified loans, reviewing financial information, borrower performance, and collateral. Participate in key credit processes and develop workout strategies to maximize recovery and minimize losses.
Requirements
- Managerial experience in commercial lending or workouts
- Knowledge of commercial lending practices, including loan structure, covenant, and risk mitigates
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks aligned with organization goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial lending or workouts
