ER/IR Expert

Webuild in Australia is comprised of Webuild, Clough and e2o. We are seeking an experienced IR/ER Professional to join our growing team, providing high level strategic and operational advice to the business leaders on employee/industrial relations issues, drive governance and consistency across ER policies, and partner with Projects and leaders to ensure sound ER/IR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ER/IR experience in large-scale Resources, Energy, EPC or heavy industrial/construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations frameworks, and employment regulations in Australia.
• Proven experience handling union negotiations, grievance procedures, and labour contractor management.
