Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Estimator to join the Bidding Team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. In this role, you will effectively lead the estimating team in preparing and validating accurate cost estimates for tenders and ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Possession of tertiary qualifications in the engineering or related field
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the building, engineering and or Infrastructure/Construction industry
- Considerable experience as a Senior Estimator, in tender preparation for contracts congruent with the Company’s operations
- Proficiency in the use of the different Estimating software’s
- Demonstrable leadership capabilities, communication, coaching, mentoring and developing the estimating team
