Lead Mechanical/Piping Engineer position available for the Kwinana K2 Power Project. The successful candidate will oversee the creation and integrity of complex piping systems, leading a team to develop layouts, perform stress/flow analysis, select materials, and ensure designs meet company and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven Australian experience in piping detailed design of complex projects
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in design and integrity assessment in Oil & Gas, LNG, minerals processing and/or petrochemical industries
- Teriary Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in detailed design, re-design, re-rating of the piping, design modification, alterations to the existing plant, pipe stress analysis, FIV and AIV analysis, FFS assessment
- Working knowledge of the engineering software, eg. Caesar II, NozzlePRO, Solidworks Simulation or ANSY.
- Knowledge and experience of 3D intelligent design and project delivery systems and procedures, e.g. utilising Navisworks models
