Mechanical Supervisor

Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project! This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha)
• Proven experience in supervising in a construction context, across mechanical/rotating equipment scope
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills
• 10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role
