Job Description
Webuild is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for its international projects. The role involves economic and contractual management of quantities and work progress, and requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields, and 5-7 years of experience in the construction sector.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the construction sector or similar fields, on projects of significant size and complexity
- Advanced English (oral and written communication with international clients)
- Certifications in safety and project management are considered a plus
- Ability to read and interpret highly complex contracts and related technical attachments
