Job Description
Webuild is seeking an HR Legal and Industrial Relations Manager for its Eurolink S.C.p.A. Consortium Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of labor law and trade union relations, with 8+ years of experience in managing complex processes in large industrial companies.
Requirements
- Law degree in Jurisprudence
- At least 8 years of experience in the operational management of complex labor law and trade union issues
- Experience in negotiating collective agreements
- Experience in managing the pre-judicial and judicial phases of labor disputes
