Job Description
Webuild is a global construction player specializing in the realization of large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. We are looking for an Organizational and HRIS Systems Manager for Eurolink S.C.p.A., responsible for defining organizational structure and processes, designing/managing regulatory systems, and optimizing HR and operational processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of specific experience in the role, preferably gained in complex corporate contexts or large infrastructure construction sites
- Good knowledge of Change Management and Organization Design methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of process mapping and HRIS system tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Visio)
