Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a B2B go-to-market support role within financial services or fintech
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot), pipeline management, and revenue operations best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline data, identify patterns, and present findings clearly to leadership
