Quality Control Inspector

Weckworth Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to inspect outgoing textile products, working with production and engineering personnel to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and provide support to the assigned production team.

Requirements

• 1+ year continuous Quality Inspector position & experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze, read and interpret blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and other testing/measuring tools
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to recognize & report issues to appropriate depts., leads/supervisors
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative
• Ability to use computer for research and review documents (Microsoft Office)
• Work independently and with a group, remaining focused, energetic, hardworking and dependable
• Must be able to work standing 10 hrs. a day, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
