Recruiter

Weckworth Manufacturing is an industrial textile manufacturer seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
