Senior Manager, Analytics and Insight (Hybrid)

Senior Manager of Analytics & Insights will lead a team to transform data into trusted, actionable intelligence and drive strategic insights for the organization.

Requirements

• Lead a cross-functional team of analysts and data scientists
• Define and execute analytics strategy to align with company OKRs and CTO-level priorities
• Own the organization's metrics framework and ensure consistency, accuracy, and trustworthiness of KPIs
• Build self-service analytics capabilities and drive proactive strategic insights
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize data workstreams and translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions
