Warehouse IT Specialist

Weee! is seeking a Warehouse IT Specialist to maintain networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops and laptops, and robotic automation picking and packing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and good organizational, analytical, and learning abilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT support
• Excellent network skills, such as managing IT server room network switch/firewall
• Experienced computer troubleshooting skills (windows 10, Mac OS & Linux OS)
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Well-known security camera system & badge system
• Robot Packing and Picking Automation system maintenance experience is a plus
• Nimble and patient with good communication skills
• Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred
