Accounting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Expert to support a rapidly growing AI research and product organization focused on advancing automation, reasoning systems, and data-driven decision intelligence.

Requirements

• Manage the full accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and monthly close activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting while conducting detailed variance and trend analysis.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor coordination, and expense reimbursements.
• Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and scalable financial processes tailored to a growing tech organization.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Drive process automation and improve system efficiencies in financial reporting and data workflows.
• Advise leadership on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and financial best practices.
