Associate Product Manager (AI Fintech)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work at the convergence of customer needs, business goals, and technical implementation. This role provides substantial ownership from the first day, encompassing feature scoping, writing specifications, collaborating with engineering, engaging with customers, and delivering products.

Requirements

• Take ownership of feature-level scoping and delivery within specific product areas
• Participate in product discovery, hypothesis testing, and data-driven prioritization
• Work collaboratively across teams
• Establish and monitor success metrics
• Interact directly with customers
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Lead iterative product development
• Evaluate product performance after launch
