Backend Engineer - Nodejs

We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer with strong Node.js expertise to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for developers with 2–5 years of professional experience who are passionate about building scalable backend systems, writing clean code, and solving complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern development practices.
• Work with databases such as SQL or NoSQL systems to design efficient data models and queries.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve production issues while improving system stability.
• Implement authentication, security, and data protection mechanisms within backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, documentation, and engineering standards.
