Business Analyst & Project Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients, leading the delivery of customer projects by utilizing AI-driven methodologies. The position requires a business analyst and project manager to cultivate trust with Western clients, manage complex project challenges, and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Requirements

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client service engagements, from initial scoping through to final sign-off
• Serve as the main point of contact for Western clients, cultivating trust and long-term partnerships
• Create clear, well-organized documentation, including diagrams, prototypes, and detailed specifications
• Maintain project momentum by managing timelines, resolving blockers, and ensuring teams meet quality standards
• Enable effective communication between clients and internal engineering, design, and AI teams
• Keep up to date with trends in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI tools, and emerging technologies
• Support pre-sales activities by assisting with proposal scoping, effort estimation, and solution presentations
• Promote our AI-led delivery philosophy throughout all project processes
