Chartered Accountant - Group Finance & Taxation

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage group finance, accounting, and taxation operations across multiple business entities.

Requirements

• Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple group entities to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
• Manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements, balance sheets, and related financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable financial laws
• Supervise and guide accounting teams to ensure efficient financial operations and accurate reporting
• Monitor financial performance across entities including working capital management and cost control
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure adherence to internal financial policies and governance standards
• Support leadership with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency across group companies
