Corporate Strategy and Development Associate

This role is for one of our clients. As a Corporate Strategy and Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of a dynamic, high-performing organization.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models, including DCF and three-statement models, to drive data-backed decision making.
• Support the customer’s team in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimize resource allocation and strategic priorities.
• Conduct rigorous valuation analyses for potential investments, partnerships, or M&A opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence on targets, analyzing operational, financial, and strategic metrics.
• Prepare concise, persuasive presentations and memos for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor results.
