Devops - Manager/Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Manager / Leader to drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team
• Define and implement DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms
• Drive CI/CD pipeline development and optimization
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime
• Implement and enforce security best practices
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows
