Entrepreneur in Residence

We are looking for a highly driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and startup support. The role involves collaborating with founders, supporting business strategy, evaluating new opportunities, and contributing to internal initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, strategy, or product roles
• Strong understanding of early-stage business models and startup ecosystems
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
• MBA or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory
