Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Heavy)

We are looking to hire full-stack engineers (from SDE-2 to Staff) to take full ownership of this platform, managing everything from dynamic, responsive frontends to the backend services and workflows that support them.

Requirements

• Design and build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that handle complex workflows
• Own features across the stack, including frontend and backend development
• Implement real-time patterns using WebSockets, SSE, or async workflows
• Build systems that allow users to review and approve actions, override system decisions, and intervene in workflows when needed
• Optimize across the stack, including UI performance and rendering, backend query efficiency, and system reliability and observability
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering standards
