Requirements
- Source high-quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and fitment criteria
- Initiate candidate outreach, communicate role details, and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely experience
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, databases, and hiring dashboards to monitor progress and pipeline health
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and closures
- Collaborate with internal team members to understand hiring priorities and execution strategies
- Contribute to improving sourcing techniques and recruitment workflows for better efficiency and outcomes
