Requirements

Convert complex investment banking and M&A processes into structured, knowledge-rich deliverables
Build, review, and annotate advanced financial models
Prepare and refine investor-grade materials
Evaluate and enhance AI-generated financial analyses
Curate and structure transaction datasets
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication
2–7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related transaction-focused roles
Strong live deal exposure, including execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling
Deep expertise in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling
Demonstrated ability to produce polished, investor-ready work products under tight timelines
Outstanding attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills
Highly organized and comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments
