Lead Designer

As a Lead Designer, you'll shape the creative direction of our projects, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to craft user experiences that are functional and visually compelling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing at least 20+ designers
• Deep expertise in user research techniques, accessible design, design systems, prototyping design tools
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience in mentoring junior designers
• Excellent communication & storytelling abilities
• An innovative mindset and a passion for pushing design boundaries
