Lead - Finance Controller

The Lead - Finance Controller will be responsible for developing and managing the financial control framework, leading efforts to achieve reporting excellence, and establishing a financial foundation that facilitates rapid and high-quality decision-making.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory
• 6–8 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven expertise in controllership, financial reporting, and audit management
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-location enterprises preferred
• Background in high-growth or scaling businesses is highly advantageous
