Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Lead and manage large-scale ATL campaigns including television, print, radio, and outdoor advertising to build brand awareness and recall.
- Conceptualize and implement impactful BTL activations, events, and on-ground campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Drive the company’s digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and marketing automation to maximize ROI and digital reach.
- Design and execute innovative rural marketing strategies, leveraging deep market insights to expand penetration in tier 2, tier 3, and rural markets.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high impact and cost efficiency across campaigns.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
