- Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts
- Manage and maintain the centralized contract repository
- Coordinate internal reviews, due diligence, and approvals with teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor negotiations
- Support the full contract lifecycle by collaborating closely with teams
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders
- Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk analyses
- Contribute to the enhancement of standard templates and operational policies
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex contract matters
