QA architect Technical manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager – QA Automation to lead and scale end-to-end quality engineering across web, API, and mobile platforms. This role requires hands-on architectural involvement, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence engineering standards at an organizational level.

Requirements

• Define and own the overall QA automation strategy
• Architect and implement unified test automation solutions
• Drive adoption of AI/ML-based testing techniques
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate and standardize QA tools and frameworks
• Embed quality practices early in the SDLC
• Establish and track key quality metrics
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and problem-solving
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA automation team
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams
