Staff Devops Engineer

Staff DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a reliable, scalable, and secure build and testing environment, and leading automation efforts using configuration management tools.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• About 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams or managing technical projects
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and Shell scripting
• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Practical experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack
• Knowledge of containerized environments and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or comparable platforms
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
