Job Description
WEHI is recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer to support the delivery of high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the Institute.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Progress toward CA/CPA qualification (desirable)
- Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and data integrity
- Structured and methodical approach to financial analysis and reporting
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting support
- Strong Excel skills and ability to extract, analyse, and interpret financial data
- Demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations, data validation, and structured financial analysis
- Understanding of financial controls and reporting governance frameworks
- Experience in modern ERP system and financial planning tools such as Workday and Workday Adaptive Planning (desirable)
