Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our team on the shop floor and ensure that disruptions are quickly and sustainably resolved. The successful candidate will have experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance, a flexible attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed MBO level 3 or 4 education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- A flexible attitude and willingness to work in shifts and weekends
- A team-oriented attitude, but also the self-confidence to make decisions
- Good command of the Dutch language (English is a plus)
- Experience in directing, motivating and coaching colleagues, especially during the onboarding phase of new team members
