Senior Procurement Manager (NPR)

Wehkamp Retail Group is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead complex categories and play a decisive role in realizing a future-proof procurement organization.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education
• 8+ years of work experience in a procurement function
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Experience in motivating, directly or indirectly, teams and stakeholders, both internally and with suppliers
• Visible knowledge of and experience with various procurement categories
• Hands-on experience in evaluating and negotiating commercial and legal contracts
• Experience with and knowledge of procurement processes and legislation on procurement and contract management
• Visible experience in leading RFP projects
• Ensure clarity about the strategy, mission, and vision of Procurement for the relevant categories
• Understand the contribution of Procurement to the business results of Wehkamp Retail Group
• You work well together, are involved, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented.
