Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you are responsible for one or more Tech teams, guiding them in continuous improvement, coaching and supporting colleagues in personal and professional development, and making technical choices understandable and helping guide the roadmap.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• A completed ICT education or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing and coaching teams
• Strong analytical ability
• Experience with Scrum and Agile working
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud environments, and one or more programming languages
• Proactive attitude
• Experience in a 24/7 operation, preferably within e-commerce
